SECTION 3 — Position Terms & Requirements

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Do you acknowledge and agree? *

Pay rate is $1.70 per package, and you will receive an additional $0.80 for each extra package delivered to the same location. Do you acknowledge and accept this rate? *
